How does “see it before you commit” work?
Tell us about your business and we design a real, finished homepage for it — one you can actually click through, free and with no obligation. If you love it, we build the rest. If you don’t, you’ve lost nothing.
Will my site just be a template?
No. Every site is designed around your business, your services and your character. It’ll look like you — not like a thousand other sites with the logo swapped.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain goes in your name and the site is yours. On a care plan we host and look after it; if you ever move on, we hand it over. No hostage situations.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Almost always — that’s often where we do our best work. We’ll show you a modern version of what you’ve got, side by side, so you can see the difference before deciding anything.
I don’t really have a website — just a Facebook page. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and you’re in good company — plenty of busy local businesses run entirely off a Facebook page and word of mouth. We’ll build from what’s already out there: your photos, your reviews, your services and your premises. You’ll see the finished site before you decide anything, exactly the same as everyone else.
Can I make changes after it’s live?
Just email us — new hours, a price, a photo, a seasonal offer — and it’s live the next working day, often sooner. No dashboards to learn, no tickets to raise.
Is there a dashboard I log into to edit it myself?
No — and that’s deliberate. There’s no password to lose, no builder to learn and no half-finished edit sitting live on your site. You email the change and it’s done for you, properly, the next working day. Most owners tell us that’s the part they actually wanted.
What happens to my site if I stop the plan?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one, so it’s always yours. Cancel and we’ll send you all your content — text, images, the lot — so you can take it wherever you like. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you do logos and branding too?
Yes — from a light tidy-up of what you have to a full new identity (logo, colours and type), with the website built to match.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Care plans are rolling and you can cancel any time. The only thing keeping you is that it works and you’ve stopped thinking about your website.
